Guardians of the Lighthouse
The Musical Long Form class of 2023, under the direction of Jeremy St.Martin, takes the classic location form and creates a 25 minute musical. Guardians of the Lighthouse started as an 8 week class and developed into a new group of musical improvisers. The name is based on the wildly successful class show set, Rhode Island: The Musical. As part of Snow Day, this would be the troupe’s second performance with the hopes of more to come!

Physically Present is made up of a group of funny people from all walks of life who met in improv class, decided they liked each other, and have since mastered the art of being physically present while performing at GoComedy, Planet Ant, and Civic Improv Theatre. If you enjoy watching scenes that are part fantasy, part grounded in reality but always entertaining, you’ll want to be Physically Present for this show. Our form is a hybrid of a Harold and a montage, with an eye towards creating memorable characters that you’ll want to see after our set is over (but you won’t, because this is improv).
